Exchange and return period
- You may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its complete original packaging.
Cases eligible for exchange and return
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that was damaged during shipping.
- Incorrect Products: If the received item differs from your order (in terms of size, color, or design).
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Customized or personalized products made to the customer’s specifications.
- Products that have been used or washed.
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, unless they are defective or not as described

Shipping Fees
- In cases of exchange or return due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs.
- For all other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- The refund process may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
